Responsibilities
You will:
- plan recruitment activities as per requirements of the departments and take necessary actions
- be responsible for End-to-end recruitment experience,
- address the demands of the departments concerning transfers and promotions
- implement orientation and onboarding process for the new employees and to organize necessary training
- follow the exit process of the employees, to ensure that exit interviews and necessary reporting are performed
- be eager to work not only as a recruiter but also as a generalist
Requirements (What qualities and skills do I need?)
We think you:
- have an advanced knowledge of Kolay İK
- have Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Master degree is a plus)
- have min 5 years end-to-end recruitment experience,
- ideally, you will have recruited for tech. services roles before, (eg software eng., Product Manager, etc) but if you can show us you're a quick learner, that will work too,
- care about the experience of our candidates and look to constantly improve the candidate journey,
- have extensive experience in direct sourcing methods across a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting,
- are a strong and clear communicator with an ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels and job functions,
- love working in a fast-paced and changing environment,
- have very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field,
- have the ability to work with other teams,
- have a growth mindset, be innately curious, strive to learn new things, and share them with others,
- have good written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English,
