- To participate meetings with senior sales and after meeting to add all notes with sales strategy to CRM very detailed way.
- To organize and follow up the next event
- To have high communication skills
- To record the amount, terms and details of the bid to be submitted to CRM
- To follow up the requests for change about the contract
- To follow up long-term sales, deferred agreements and pending new development agreements and inform the manager when necessary.
- To transfer agreements to after-sales teams
- At least 2 years of experience in solution sales in technology & services domain, preferably HR software sales;
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- Strong follow up ability
- Proactive personality
- Creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communications, comprehension and analytical skills
- Active driving license
- Fluency in english
