We are looking for an experienced and talented Payroll Product Executive.

Responsibilities (What will I do?)

You will:

• own and support product features related to the payroll side to ease the work of our users, 
• help payroll technique and calculation for the payroll product in Kolay IK
• be responsible for payroll in the customer success team
• support the sales processes of the payroll product
• analyze payroll data and information
• be responsible for tests of the payroll product

Requirements (What qualities and skills do I need?)

We think you:

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• have min. 5 years experience in payroll calculation if possible, in a company that benefits from R&D and incentives)
• have experience in entering data into a certain payroll software 
• have very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
• put people first and embrace a customer-centric approach
• have the ability to work with other teams
• outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
• have a growth mindset, be innately curious, strive to learn new things, and share them with others
• have good written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
