We are looking for a talented lead analyst to analyze & qualify leads and convince them for a demo meeting.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing leads according to industry & number of employees to schedule demo meetings for inside and field sales team
- Helping lead qualification team in their daily operations, including making phone calls with prospects and optimizing related processes
- Introducing Kolay İK to prospects and create excitement to improve sales processes
- Managing related CRM operations, including adding notes, sending calendar events, organizing assignments using Pipedrive

- Final year student or a bachelor degree in related fields from successful universities
- To have the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly.
- To be a highly-motivated, energetic, results-driven
- To have the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and projects.
- To have exceptional communication skills and having persuasiveness.
- Similar work experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
