Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies,
- Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes,
- Create budgets, track them, and analyze budget variances,
- Assess and manage financial risks,
- Regularly report on financial performance to the management team,
- Handle tax matters and ensure compliance with financial regulations,
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in finance,
- Strong knowledge of financial management and strategy development,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Effective communication and leadership abilities,
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills,
- Proficiency in using advanced financial software and tools.
