Responsibilities (What will I do?)

 

You will:

  • be responsible for administrative and operational processes
  • Track the personal files and log into the system
  • follow-up of debts given to employees
  • follow-up of all contracts and ensure their completeness
  • track of receipts and invoices
  • fill employee expense forms and tracking receipts
  • support the reconciliations and making a list of those who are incomplete or delayed in collection
  • be responsible for asset management and their maintenance and repair services
  • technology purchasing operations
  • technical support for employees (Software installments, VPN installments, etc.)

 

Requirements (What qualities and skills do I need?)

 

We think you:

  • have Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • are fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience,
  • have digital intelligence
  • pay attention to details but not drowning in details
  • strong and clear communicator
  • love working in a fast-paced and changing environment,
  • have very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field and the ability to follow up
  • have the ability to work and communicate with other teams,
  • have good written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English,
